What should I do if by any chance I receive a damaged part?
Furniture have a long way to travel and it may get damaged.
We provide free insurance for your product in case it gets damaged during shipment.
1)In order for us to file a claim and send you a replacement, you must keep all shipping materials for inspection and exchange.
• You need to inspect the item before signing the BOL paper if any damages please mark it on BOL
