This item is shipped via freight on an 18 wheeler.
Because of the size of this product standard shipping service
covers curb-side delivery only.
Shipping company is not responsible for lifting or carrying
the item into your home.
As seen on the video two people can carry the boxes.
If you cannot get the boxes from the truck please let us know, lift gate service is available for $75.

We provide free insurance for your product in case it gets damaged during shipment.
1)In order for us to file a claim and send you a replacement, you must keep all shipping materials for inspection and exchange.
